All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic & International Shipping
We ship both locally and internationally. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria): Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
5. Delays and Customs
Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier delays, or customs inspections for international orders.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

8. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
